Refund & Cancellation Policy

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy »

You have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at info@dontdrool.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

Cancellation is not allowed after dispatched the order.

All refunds will be made within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation.

Refund Policy »

The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 10-15 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM, ATOM Payment Gateway.
